  • Currently in pre-construction, with construction start fourth quarter of 2026 and delivery anticipated in the winter of 2028.

  • It is designed as personal/second-home community with optional rental program, however, many of our buyers are planning on using it exclusively for themselves and their families.

  • HOA dues are currently estimated at $1000 USD per month for the paired and single family villas and $500 USD for the single level residences. This fee will include common area maintenance and utilities, security, on-site concierge.
